Our mission
Our founder, Dinesh Sarkar, has more than 10 years of experience in RAS fish farming. He started Namooh to help Indian farmers discover new opportunities and turn farming from hard labor into a profitable, sustainable business.
We give farmers the training, guidance and resources they need to build a fish farming business that lasts. More than 100 clients now trust us with their farms.
How our RAS systems work
- Less than 1% daily water exchange. The water is cleaned and reused, so it uses far less than a traditional pond.
- MBBR biofiltration. Toxic ammonia is converted into safer nitrate to keep the water clear and healthy.
- Energy-saving pumps. Pumps are chosen by total dynamic head to cut friction losses and lower electricity bills.
- Real-time monitoring. PLC/SCADA dashboards track temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, nitrate and flow rates.
